Occupy Missouri State University is a dynamic and diverse campus ministry dedicated to helping students discover their purpose, embrace their identity, and experience the authentic presence of God. We gather weekly for powerful services, small groups, and events that build both faith and community.
We meet bi-weekly Monday nights at 8:00 PM in the Plaster Student Union. Occasionally, we also use other spaces in the Student Union for special events.

Every service features dynamic worship, a relevant, Bible-based message, and a life-changing atmosphere. We also create space for connection before and after services so you can meet new friends.
We have a unique history, starting in 2016 from a praise dance ministry and growing into a full-fledged campus ministry. After a pause in 2022 for leadership transitions and expansion, we are back with a fresh vision, strong leadership, and a commitment to serving both the campus and the community.
Start by attending a Monday night service. You can also join a Life Group, volunteer at outreach events, or help with service production, hospitality, or creative teams.
Pastor Trevor L. Clayton serves as our Campus Pastor, and his wife, Allyssa Clayton, is our Occupy Logistics Director. They work alongside a passionate leadership team dedicated to equipping students for life and faith.
Yes! We host social events, outreach opportunities where we feed students, and trips to retreats, conferences, and workshops
No—being part of Occupy is free. Some events, trips, or retreats may have a registration cost, but we always work to keep things affordable. We invite all members, alumni and supporters to partner financially with us monthly as an Occupy Legend.
