New to Occupy Texas State?

Here are some answers to common questions.

Occupy Texas State University is a diverse campus ministry dedicated to spreading the Word of God, equipping students in their purpose, and creating an atmosphere where lives are transformed through dynamic worship, relevant messages, and genuine community.

We meet bi-weekly Tuesday nights at 8:00 PM in the LBJ Student Center Teaching Theater, with occasional gatherings in other LBJ Student Center meeting spaces.

Not at all! Whether you’re a committed follower of Jesus, exploring faith, or simply looking for a welcoming community, you are invited to join us.

Our services combine dynamic worship, a relevant word, and a life-changing atmosphere. You’ll experience passionate praise, powerful teaching, and authentic connection with other students.

We launched in 2021 as the second-ever Occupy campus and have quickly become known for our high-energy gatherings, strong sense of community, and deep commitment to serving both the campus and San Marcos community
